We are going back to Peekskill this October for our Annual Fall HikeDay!
We are still finalizing plans, but here is a sample itinerary of what the day may hold (times are subject to change):
8:30 am Depart NYC Grand Central (GCT)
10:00 am Arrive Peekskill
10:30 - 4:30pm Hike
At the Peak: light asana, meditation, breathwork, eat your snack/lunch
5:00 pm Peekskill Brewery for Happy Hour and Dinner
8:00 pm Depart Peekskill
10:00 pm Arrive back in NYC (GCT)

In 2014, Will (and co-founder Zander Gladish) opened “The Yoga Adventure” whose mission is to provide anyone the opportunity to step away from their, everyday grind, explore the “awe” of an exotic location, and have fun while exploring mindfulness.
Will’s own adventures have traveled him extensively throughout the United States, the Caribbean, the Bahamas, Central America and also thru Nigeria, into the Serengeti, and Mount Kilimanjaro. One of Will’s proudest achievements is funding and helping to graduate a young Tanzanian man from Arusha Teachers College who is now a Primary School Teacher in his own community.

I'm a master yoga teacher and teacher trainer, E-RYT 500 + YACEP, senior content creator of Sanity & Self self-care app for women, educated and knowledgeable alchemist-evangelist of essential oils who also lives life fully as a world traveler, dumpling maker, and mini-goldendoodle mom.
