The General Schedule

8:30 am Depart NYC Grand Central (GCT)

10:30 am Arrive

10:30 -3pm, Hike, Breathwork, light yoga and meditation (At the Peak, We’ll do some light asana, meditation, breathwork, relax, and eat your snack/lunch)

3:00 pm, Free time: Shop and walk through town, enjoy a beverage, more food or ice cream.

5pm Depart for NYC

7p pm Arrive back in NYC (GCT)

The Hike/Expectations

Each hike will be moderately challenging at about 4-6miles in length. It will get your heart rate up for sure.

At peak or somewhere along the way , we’ll take a break here to do some meditation, breathwork, and eat your packed lunch. Once we are done chillaxing and taking in the incredible views, we will climb down the mountain enjoy the local scene until its time for our trip back to NYC.

Sorry No Children. If you would like to bring your dog please send us a message. If allowed, we need to coordinate with the MTA.

What to Pack

Bring a Snack/Lunch & Water

Pack a lunch that rewards you for all your efforts; snacks, sandwich, energy bars, chocolate, fruit, veggies...etc.

Prepare for the Weather

We are going on this hike rain-or-shine (in the event of severe weather we will cancel the hike and refund your money). We recommend having at least:

  • a hat

  • sunglasses

  • sunscreen

  • a fresh pair of socks (maybe even some flip-flops for post-hike foot-love)

  • additional layers (temperature changes and/or rain)

  • water bottles

Driving?

If you have a car you can meet us there. I will send the directions and details via email to all those who are driving.

We will all walk to the entrance for the trail together!

Refunds

NO REFUNDS will be issued 5 days before the hike. If the weather prevents us from taking the trip, refunds will be provided or you use these funds as credit for a future HikeDay.
