About Will

Since completing my first yoga training in 2009, I have had the honor to meet and work with thousands of students helping them to explore and practice the many facets of yoga and mindfulness.

No matter where I teach, be it in a corporate office, a yoga studio, on a retreat or an open-air festival, I work to create an atmosphere that’s been described as “fun, challenging, and engaging.”

My primary goal has always been the same: to create a safe place for all practioners to understand and get to know this technology and ultimately to know themselves. By consistently showing up, my students learn how to hack into their body’s brilliance and unleash their inner wisdom as they slowly develop an empowering Emotional Intelligence (EQ).

Classes weren’t enough so I started The Yoga Adventure to provide an opportunity for student to deepen their practice, step outside their comfort zone. and to get away from the insanity of the 'same-old',

I love leading these retreats! Since TYA’s inception in 2014, we have enjoyed tremendous success hosting over 11 retreats (and counting) attended by hundreds of people, from all walks of life. I am most proud of the beautiful adventure-seeking community that has formed around all the fun and our simple philosophy of connecting to yoga, nature and meeting new people.

All of the my years teaching and practicing have brought me to “Shift-to-Flow Mindfulness. Mindfulness Simplified

Shift-to-Flow Mindfulness helps all people to weave these practices into the fabric of their lives, communities, companies or corporate settings, I see people losing themselves by falling into their day-to-day routines and forgetting to take a moment for themselves.

Getting in touch with our mind, body, and breath is the core to developing a mindfulness experience. Through exploration, practice, and play, hacking into this triad combats work stress, opens the door to our imagination, boosts our energy, elevates cognition, and ultimately fosters and improves Emotional Intelligence (EQ).
