Q: “I am a beginner will I be able to do these classes?”
A: Yes! All these classes are open to All levels.

Q: “Do I need a yoga mat or blocks to take class?”
A: Yes and No. A mat, blocks and a blanket may be helpful at times and not completely necessary. As you take your practice more seriously, I suggest purchasing these items. When that time comes send me an email I will help you buy the proper gear.

Q: I can’t touch my toes should I be doing yoga?
A: Yes! It’s not the goal. Just show up to practice and do the best you can. Over time as you practice you may be able to touch your toes. You will be amazed how quickly your body will adapt.
