Join us for a virtual meditation and breathwork practice. Inside each 30 minute LIVE session we will dive into meditation & breathing as we experience how these practices will shift and enhance your mind and mood.

Q: I am a beginner will I be able to do these classes?
A: Yes! All these classes are open to All levels.
Q: Do I need a yoga mat or blocks to take class?
A: Yes and No. A mat, blocks and a blanket may be helpful at times and not completely necessary. As you take your practice more seriously, I suggest purchasing these items. When that time comes send me an email I will help you buy the proper gear.
Q: How do I get into a class?
A: After you purchase a class or package you will be emailed a unique Acuity/Zoom link. When it is time for class you just click the link and you be “admitted” into class. NOTE: Class opens ~5 minutes before the listed start time.
Q: How do I get the most out of class?
A: Everyone should log-in at least 3 minutes before start time.
For your best view of the class, we suggest obtaining a phone or iPad Stand or and tripod.
During class, even if you have never experienced some of these practices before - always do your best and ask questions if you need too. This is a judgement-free and competitive-free playground.
